Case c) The phone firmware or the screen itself is faulty, please download the Firmware from the official website and update the phone.

Case d) If problem remain same than contact to your nearest AUTHORIZE SERVICE CENTER.

Hang/Heating/Auto Restart?

Case a) Uninstall apps you don’t need. This goes especially for any apps that Control sound, ringtones, and wallpaper, fancy widgets, or use GPS.

Case b) Ensure all apps are on the latest version. Upgrade everything you have From the Play Store.

Case c) Uninstall apps that run in the background. From a fresh restart, go To “Settings” > “More…” > “Applications” > “Running“. If you see any App that you don’t need, Uninstall it. If you cannot uninstall it, app if Possible.

Case d) While using 4G, GPS, and screen on full brightness in 55 degree Temperature, it might restart itself or shut down.

Case e) Switch off your phone and put it into idle mode around 30 minutes. Switch ON phone after 30 minutes.

Case a) It may be case of dead charging when you are not using phone since long time, first of all plug you mobile with charger and charge it. It will take few minutes (Around 10-15
minutes) to recover charging backup. After that it will charge your phone normally.

Case b) Just hold power button for few secs or until phone is not Switch ON.

Case c) If case ‘b’ not working than open back panel of phone and remove Battery from phone, and then put battery back in phone close back paneland hold power Button until phone
will Switch ON.

Case d) If problem still remain same than contact to your nearest AUTHORIZE SERVICE CENTER.

Mic not working?

Case a) REBOOT your phone.

Case b) If problem remain same than RESET your phone.

Case c) If problem still persists than contact to your nearest AUTHORIZE SERVICE CENTER.

Speaker problem?

Case a) If no sound is coming out of your speaker, there could be a fewreasons. For ex – you might be using a headset or other device with your phone, which could be causing
speaker problems. Either way, you’ve got issues. Move on to Case ‘b’.

Case b) Remove any and all accessories you’re using, including your headset and place a test call by leaving a message on your voicemail. Check your voicemail messages and play
back the test message. If you can hear the message, you will need to replace the headsetIf you can’t hear the message, move on to Case ‘c’.

Case c) Make a test video clip with audio and record your voice for few seconds, Play back the recording on your external speakers. If you can hear the audio, the speakers are fine. If you can’t, try performing a factory data reset. If that works, great! If not, move onto Step 4.

Case d) If none of the steps above have fixed your Android speaker problem than Contact to your nearest AUTHORIZE SERVICE CENTER.

No Network?

Case a) Turn off your device and then turn it back on. By doing this you turn off all running applications and free up memory, which sometimes a automatically
solves the issue.

Case b) Remove SIM from SIM slot and insert back correctly in SIM slot as per direction shows in back case (you can interchange SIM slot in case of dual SIM).

Case c) Make sure you have set your device to use the network type that your, SIM card supports. Contact your network operator if you don’t knowwhich network types are supported.

Case d) Make sure Airplane mode is turned off.

Case e) Check the signal strength icon in the status bar to make sure that your device is connected to a network. If the signal is low or there is no signal, move to an openlocation, or get close to a window.

Case f) Make sure that your SIM card is working properly. Insert your SIM card in another device. If this works, it is probably your device that is causingthe problem. In this case,
contact the nearest Authorized service centre.

Case g) Search for a network from the device to check if any networks are available.

Case h) If your device is not receiving any network signal, or the signal is too weak, contact your network operator and make sure that the network has coverage whereyou are.

Battery not charging?

Case a) Remove the phone battery, memory card and SIM, Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds, Put your battery on and charging it with USB cable, after 10 minutes, try
to turn on again.

Case b) If problem remain same than change your USB cable, change your charger adapter.

Case a) If you forget your pattern, after you fail to unlock the screen in pattern for 5 times ( 4 dots at least ) There will be a text sign of “Forgot Pattern?” appeared onthe lower-right of the screen Tap “Forgot Pattern?” and then enter your Google account and password saved in this tablet to disable pattern lock.

Case b) If you do not log in your Google account before the phone is locked, you will need to perform factory data reset in RECOVERY mode tosolve this problem “Forgot Pattern”
